DCS Rates

Quote for General Service:

$40/hr for Senior Technicians
$20 to $35/hr for Junior Technicians (dispatched by Senior Technicians)
Hourly rate can be reduced to half hour increments (DCS decision)
Mileage is a single charge for your facility per unique visit.
Mileage charge is determined by DCS based on distance to your facility by road.
Mileage is reduced at times and shared between business's in your area (DCS decision).
Rate for Jr Technicians varies (with experience and training) and will be reflected on invoices.
Phone or Remote support is available in half hour increments of Technicians rate.
Note: Mike personally doesn't charge for phone calls that last less than 8 min utilizing technician level support.
Calls that do not involve technician support are no charge, of course.
Quotes are free unless noted.
In our system, you are in control of your expenditures.

Quote for Emergency Service:

$80/hr for Senior Technicians
2 times (regular rate) for Junior Technicians
Mileage rate is also doubled
Minimum one hour
Rate applies on times outside of regular business hours and days
Rate also applies when interrupting and causing us to reschedule a client
You will be notified that should we go forward emergency rate would apply
We are willing to serve at any time of the day or night.

Quote for Hardware

We provide hardware when requested.
"On hand" prices are dependent on what is in stock.
"Can be ordered" prices are dependent on the market, and price must be quoted and accepted by authorized agent of your business before we can order. Delivery speed and cost is dependent on your need in each situation (determined by authorized agent). Our policy is to provide the exact hardware to the need of the business regardless of what we have in stock.
We bill on a monthly basis.
We do charge sales tax for our region (State + Otero County).
